1. CO-H2 separation cold box

Carbon monoxide is an important chemical raw materials which can be used for the synthesis of a variety of high value added products, such as acetic acid, acetic anhydride, formic acid, dimethyl formamide, light gas and metal carbonyl compounds, etc.


2. Propane dehydrogenation cold box

Propane dehydrogenation (PDH) is a strong heat absorption process, which can produce a good propylene yield under high temperatures and relatively low pressure.  At the moment, there are several processes like Oleflex process from UPO, Catofin process from Lummus-Houdry and STAR process from Krupp Uhdewcng, which have been commercialized.  Often propylene and ethylene are used in the propane dehydrogenation (PDH) process to realize gradual cooling and separate olefins.  In the low temperature section, we use multi - stream cold box.


3. Ethylene cold box

CYY has the technology and equipments for the design and manufacture of million ton per year ethylene cold box and column overhead condenser, PFV.  CYY is familiar with ethylene process like Lumus, SW and Linde process.  CYY Is persistent research and technical innovation provide basic support for the long-standing, safe, reliable and efficient operation of ethylene plant.


4. Liquid nitrogen cold washing box

Liquid nitrogen washing cold box is mainly applied in the purification process for fertilizer industry.  CYY has mature technology for design, manufacture and installation of liquid nitrogen washing cold box, and has delivered cold boxes for synthetic ammonia plant with size from 18x104 ton/year to 60x104 ton/year.


6. Exausted gas recovery cold box

The waste gas released from the synthetic ammonia industry is recycled and used to produce LNG, hydrogen-rich gas and other products through refrigeration, distillation and separation and other processes. Among them, mixed refrigerant (SMRC) + liquid nitrogen throttling process is adopted for refrigeration, which has the advantages of low energy consumption, large operation flexibility, stable and reliable operation and simple operation.
